To manage permissions in 2020 Manager
If a new role has been created in 2020 Manager, or if an administrator/manager wishes to change the levels of access assigned to an existing role or employee, then they will need to ensure that the correct permissions have been defined for them.
To edit permissions in 2020 Manager
Click on Administration .
Click on Permissions .
Select an employee from the list and click on Edit .
a. Note: it is possible to use the search field to identify a specific role or employee.
On the right side, the available permissions are displayed.
a. Note: It is possible to use the search field to locate specific permissions that you wish to change.
Select the permissions for the employee by clicking on the orange button.
Please note that any permissions assigned to a specific user will override those permissions defined by the role that they have.
