In the custom documents section, it is possible to create your documents, as well as to edit and view the predefined templates. 

These documents are linked to certain actions and so are made available in specific stages of the workflow, such as during the deal stage (using the "Quotation" and "Contract" reports), but documents can be created to be used at other stages as well. 
 

To create a new custom document

1. Click on Administration User-added image.
2. Click on  User-added image.
3. Select the category of the document that you want to create.

4. Click on the User-added image icon located at the bottom of the page.  

5. Select the Type of the document.

6. And the page settings and margins on User-added image icon. 

7. Give the document a name and construct its layout using the tools on the left-hand side.

8. Once the document is completed, click on Save
9. The document, along with a thumbnail preview, will be added under the selected category.

Please note: two predefined documents are already available under the deal's category: 

a. Contract 
b. Quote 

 

 

To edit an existing document 


1. Select the category where the document has been saved. 
2. On the right-hand side, the existing document(s) will be displayed. 
3. Click on the icon with the 3 dots User-added image within the document and click the Edit option. 

          NOTE: Alternatively, you can edit a document simply by clicking on the thumbnail of the document itself.

To preview an existing document 


1. Select the category where the document has been saved. 
2. On the right-hand side, the existing document(s) will be displayed. 
3. Click on the icon with the 3 dots  User-added imagewithin the document and click the Preview option.

To delete an existing document 


1. Select the category where the document has been saved. 
2. On the right-hand side, the existing document(s) will be displayed. 
3. Click on the icon with the 3 dots  User-added image within the document and click the Delete option.

4. Click on Yes to confirm and delete the document.
