Surveys will help collect useful data specific to your store or projects.  
 

 To Create a new survey 

 
  1. Click on CRM 

  1. Click on  

  1. Click on Surveys

  1. Click  the  to create a new survey. 

  1. On the open screen, enter the survey name and drag the components to be included in the survey.

To Edit a survey 

  1. Click on CRM 

  1. Click on  

  1. Click on Surveys

  1. Click the icon to edit the survey. 

  1. On the open screen, click the field that needs to be modified.

    To Delete a survey 

           1. Click on CRM .  

           2. Click on  

           3. Click on Surveys

           4. Click the icon and select Remove

           5. Click on YES to confirm the deletion of the survey.
