Monthly goals can be created for one or more users.

 

To create a new goal


1.    Click on the CRM User-added image  icon.
2.    Click on the Settings User-added image icon, click on
Goals.

3.    Click the addUser-added image  icon to create a new goal.

4. In the Home step:
a.    Give the goal a description
b.    A start month
c.    An end month (if the goal is for a fixed number of months)

After completing, click on Next.


5.    In the Category step: 
a.    Choose if the Goal is for one or more employees, for the whole company, or for a specific item category.
b.   Enter the name(s) of the employee, company, or category.
After completing, click on Next.


6.    In the Filters step:
a.    Choose if the goal is applicable only for certain companies
b.    Choose if the goal is applicable only for certain item categories
After completing, click on Next.


7.    In the Goal step:
a.    Choose if the goal applies to sales
b.    Select "Amount" and define the monthly goal value or,
c.     Select "Quantity" and define the monthly goal quantity
After completing, click on Save.

 

To Edit a Goal

1.    Click on the three dots icon User-added image beside the goal that you want to edit.
2.    Click on the Edit option from the menu.

a.    You can edit the description information
b.    To whom the goal refers
c.    The current period of the goal
d.    Its status
e.    The companies and categories to which it applies
f.    Add other employees to the goal

To change the Amount, select the employee then click on the edit iconUser-added image to change the amount, or click on the delete icon User-added image to delete the employee of this goal.   
Once you have finished editing, click on the Save icon User-added image.

 

To Duplicate a Goal

When a goal is duplicated, the current goal will end, and the new goal will start from the date it was entered.
  1. Click on the three dots iconUser-added image beside the goal that you want to duplicate.
  2. Click on the Duplicate option from the menu.
  3. Enter the new start date of the new goal and click Save.
  4. The new goal was saved and the old one will be closed.

To Delete a Goal

1.    From the list of goals, select the goal that you want to delete.
2.    Click on the icon User-added image  beside it.
3.    Click on the Edit option from the menu.
4.    Click on the delete User-added image  icon on top of the screen to delete it.
