2020 Design V 12.*
Error "The connection to 2020 Cloud has timed out" and "Error code: [FLCErr 0x70000023]"
There are 2 possible ways of resolving these:
- Clear cache
2. This may be caused by applications installed on your computer that may be preventing the connection to our server.
Removing either or both if the case should allow the user to log in:
- Killer Performance Driver (Killer Control Center)
Note: These are not essential applications but rather bloatware often referred to as optimization apps.
3. VPN (Virtual private network) issues.
It can be caused by a VPN when you are working offline and your computer is still connected to it.
Since VPN is still considered a network connection, 2020 will try to connect via the VPN and prompt the error message.
4. Firewall blocking.
To run 2020 features without any issues, you need to exclude the following links from your firewall(s):
