How to Remove the Blue Hatching Upon Cloud Items Placement

Issue

In previous versions of 2020 Design Live (v12.5.1 and lower), blue lines are displayed across any item coming from the Cloud.

Cloud items in 2020 Design v12.5.1 and lower:

Solution

Starting in 2020 Design Live v13, these lines no longer show on Cloud items. This provides users a cleaner floor plan.

If you are experiencing this behavior, we suggest upgrading to 2020 Design v13 which is available for download via your Cyncly Account.
