How to Export a Catalog in 2020 Design

Description:
How to export a catalog in 2020 Design.
To export catalogs, first close 2020 Design and then follow the steps below:
1. Open 2020 Design's Catalog Manager from your desktop icon.
2. Click the Ship icon. (Ship catalogs)
3. In the "Catalog Ship Wizard" dialog box, click Next.
4. Check the catalog(s) to ship and click Next.
5. In the "Password" field, you can type a password to secure the catalog(s).
Note: When assigning a password to a catalog, the password is required to install the catalog. Passwords are case sensitive.
6. Check the "Exclude picture files for Catalog Browser and Design Templates" to avoid exporting these images/designs with the catalog(s).
Note: This reduces the size of the catalogs.
7. Click the browse button (three dots) in the Select Destination Archive Filename field.
8. In the "Save As" dialog, select where to archive (ship) the catalog, type in the file name and click Save.
9. Click Next.
10. Click Start to begin exporting the catalog.
11. Once the catalog archive process is complete, a confirmation dialog appears stating the catalog was successfully shipped. Click OK.
12. Click Finish to close the "Catalog Ship Wizard" dialog.
