How to Link Your Cyncly Account With Your Existing Customer Information 

Linking your existing customer information with your 2020 Account will allow you to pay renewals, download catalogs, access product updates, and purchase additional products.  

To do so, you will just need to enter your Account Number (found in your last invoice) and the number of one active USB Key License attached to your existing account 

1. Log into your Cyncly Account or create one 
2. Click on Additional Subscriptions or invoices & payments
3. Enter your account number (this can be found in your last invoice)
4. Enter your Dongle Number (2020 USB key license number label). This can be found on your device
5. Click on Confirm.
