1. Click on the Switch Items icon from the ribbons menu.

2. Click on the Currently used catalogs drop down menu to select the catalog to switch from.

3. Click on the Available catalogs drop down menu to select the catalog to switch to.

4. Click on the Automatic button to automatically switch items between the chosen catalogs.

5. Click Apply to save the changes.
