When trying to access the Manufacturer Updates section on 2020.net, you receive the "You cannot access this application" error message.
This section of 2020.net is older code that is optimized for the Internet Explorer web browser. If you are using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.), switch to Internet Explorer and it should work. If the error persists, perform the following steps:
Click the Home link in the upper right corner of the website. This will reset the webpage and return you to the main home page.
Then using the Catalog Download list, select the manufacturer you wish to download and then click the Submit button.
It should then correctly take you to the download page for the selected manufacturer.
Will 2020.net be updated to be compatible with modern browsers?
Eventually 2020.net will be replaced entirely by a new, modern website. Our new sites are currently under development. The 2020 Knowledge Center, which you are viewing at this moment, is a part of this new website (via 2020spaces.com). We do not have an ETA on when the Catalog Downloads will be migrated, but it is coming and we will make announcements as our products develop. We thank you for your patience.
