Description:
During the installation process of 2020 Design, you receive the following error message:
"Specified account already exists"
Solution:
A previous version of 2020 Design has not been uninstalled properly and has caused an install/uninstall issue in the Windows operating system. Please use the Microsoft tool provided by the following link to fix this issue:
