When attempting to browse to add products, the message below may appear:
Sometimes after a software update the sign-in status of a user will take longer than expected to correctly sync the new updates.
Try the following steps to correct this behavior:
1. Save your current work and close 2020 Design.
2. Re-Open 2020 Design.
Restarting the program usually refreshes the content and the list of catalogs should be available.
If the problem still persists:
3. Download and run the app below which will help you clear some old data that may be causing this behavior.
