| Body of the Article | How to Reset a PasswordFor users with a USB license, please unplug the USB license before following steps below to reset your password.
1. Open 2020 Design and when prompted for login credentials, click on Reset Password.
2. Enter your email used for Cyncly Account and click on Reset Password.
3. Retrieve the email that was sent to you containing a code.
4. Enter the code in the code field.
5. Type in a new password in the password field.
6. Confirm the new password in the confirm password field.
7. Click Confirm.
 Alternate method:1. Go to our website https://myaccount.2020spaces.com/communitylogin.html
2. Click Reset Password.
3. Enter your email used for your Cyncly Account and click Submit.
4. Retrieve the email that was sent to you and click on the link. You will be redirected to our website.
5. Enter the new password and click Submit.
