Select Manufacturer Catalogs

1.    Select the first list menu to display a list of available manufacturers.


2.    Check off your preferred manufacturer(s).
TIP: If you would like to select all manufacturers, check the Select All box.

3.    The only items you will see will come from the catalogs that you have checked off.
TIP: Check off fewer catalogs to narrow your search.

Browse a catalog table of contents

Select the second drop-down menu and the catalog table of contents will be displayed.
Note: The table of contents menu is only available when one manufacturer catalog is selected in the first drop-down menu.

Search for a product based on its name

Using the item search box, you can search for a product simply by entering the first few characters of its name. As you type, the list of products will update, allowing you to narrow down your results. 



Note: When searching, avoid searching for plural words (example of incorrect search: Stools)
TIP: An X will appear in the search box when the search is complete. Click the X to remove the filter.

Apply an advanced filter

Click the Advanced Filter icon to refine your results.

Minimum and maximum searching

To search for products that have a price and/or size equal to or greater than a specific value, enter a numerical value in the Minimum box.
To search for products that have a price and/or size equal to or less than a specific value, enter a numerical value in the Maximum box.
To search for products that have a price and/or size between a specific range, enter numerical values in the Minimum and Maximum boxes.
TIP: An X will appear in the Item Name box when an advanced filter is applied. Click the X to remove the advanced filter.

Change the way product results are displayed

Set the number of results displayed per page.



Display grid view.


Display list view.



Click the down arrow icon to configure how the product results are displayed.
Check the columns you wish to show/hide.
Click OK.

 

Description types

There are two different types of descriptions that can be displayed within the browser:
• Short – A brief description of the product.
• Long– An extended description of the product providing greater detail.

 

Preview types

You have the choice to display one of two different preview types within the list of products:
• Small – small image with less detail, but allows a greater number of products to be displayed.
• Large – larger image with more detail, but reduces the number of products that are displayed.
 TIP: To check all columns, click Select all. You can also uncheck all columns by clicking Clear all.

NOTE: You can change the width of visible columns by dragging the column edge in and out.



NOTE: You can change the order in which columns appear by dragging and dropping the column header to a new location within the table.

TIP: With the exception of the Preview and Description columns, you can sort the list of results in ascending/descending order by double-clicking on one of the column headers.
