2020 Design Subscription

The Design Subscription is a 12-month term which allows a more affordable entry price compared to Perpetual license.
There are three available editions: Essential, Complete and Premium.

  • Each subscription allows one user to Sign in to the purchased 2020 Design edition.
  • Subscription is all inclusive for the full term: software updates, panoramic renderings, access to a customer support agent for help and access to 2020.net.
  • If you choose to not renew your subscription, you will not be able to sign in and use your design software after the 12-month term expires.
  • Subscription is only sold as a Software Key enabled offering.

2020 Design Perpetual License

Perpetual licenses are sold as a one-time license price with a yearly Maintenance & Support fee.
  • Yearly Maintenance & Support includes: software updates, panoramic renderings, access to customer support agents for help and access to 2020.net.

Impact when Maintenance & Support is not renewed:

  • Versions of the design software released after your Maintenance & Support expired will not be useable.
  • Version upgrades will only be available if Maintenance & Support is reinstated.
  • Benefits & features that stop include panoramic rendering, access to customer support agents for help and access to 2020.net
  • Access to the version of the design software purchased will continue to work correctly.
  • Reinstating Maintenance and Support may include version upgrade fees depending on how long the Maintenance and Support has been expired.
